2010 16 DAY EGYPTIAN ITINERARY
Day 1, USA / Cairo
Evening departure from New York (JFK) non-stop to Cairo by Egypt air flight. Overnight flight.
Day 2, Cairo
Mid morning arrival to Cairo Int'l Airport, meeting, assistance and transfer to your deluxe five
star hotel, Jolie Ville-Movenpick at the Pyramids Area. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3, Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning tour to visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. Lunch in
downtown restaurant. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 4, Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning tour to visit the Step Pyramid of Sakkara, Lunch at Sakkara
Area Restaurant. Today, you will get first hand experience of the famous Egyptian Carpet hand
making. Today you will have a chance to visit an orphanage at Sakkara Area. Overnight in
Cairo.
Day 5, Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel. Late morning to visit the great Pyramids Area and Sphinx. Today you
will have a private group meditation inside the Great Pyramid from 11:00 Am to 1:00 Pm. Late
lunch at a restaurant in the Pyramids Area. Enjoy a sunset horseback ride at the Pyramids
Area. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 6, Cairo / Abu Simbel
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning checkout of your hotel and transfer to Cairo Airport for your
Egypt air flight to Aswan with immediate connection to Abu Simbel. At Abu Simbel, transfer to
your first class hotel, Seti Hotel Abu Simble. Lunch at your hotel. Afternoon tour to visit the
two great Temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari. Evening enjoy the magnificent sound &
light show at the temples. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Abu Simbel.
Day 7, Abu Simbel / Aswan
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning transfer to Abu Simbel Airport for your short flight back to
Aswan. Upon arrival to Aswan Airport, meeting, assistance and transfer to your deluxe five star
hotel, Hotel Movenpick in Aswan. Afternoon take felucca sailing on the Nile for a beautiful
promenade around the islands in Aswan. Dinner at your hotel. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 8, Aswan – Nile Cruise
Breakfast at your hotel. Early morning you will take a tour to visit the Temple of Isis on the
Island of Philae where you will have group meditation. Return to your hotel to check-out and
transfer to your deluxe five star Movenpick Nile cruise Ship (H/S. Radamis II), which it will your
floating hotel for 4 days/ 3 nights from Aswan to Luxor. Lunch on board. Afternoon visit to The
Nubian Museum. Dinner and overnight on board at Aswan.
Day 9, Aswan - Kom Ombo – Edfu – Esna (Nile Cruise)
Breakfast on board. Very early morning sail north to Kom Ombo. Morning tour to visit the
Temple of God Sobek in Kom Ombo. Return to the ship and sail to Edfu. Lunch on board.
Afternoon tour to visit the Temple of Hours at Edfu. Return to the ship and sail to Esna. Late
evening pass Esna Water Lock and continue sailing north to Luxor. Tonight you will enjoy a
special Egyptian Buffet Dinner on board followed by Galabeya and Pharaonic Costume Party.
Overnight on board at Luxor.
Day 10, Luxor
Breakfast on board. Morning tour to visit the West Bank, "Thebes," to see the Valley of the
Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatchepsut at El Deir El Bahari and Medinet Habu. Lunch on
board. Afternoon at leisure. Early evening tour to visit Luxor Temple. Dinner and overnight on
board at Luxor.
Day 11, Luxor
Breakfast on board. Checkout and transfer to your deluxe five star hotel, Jolie Ville-Movenpick
Crocodile Island Hotel in Luxor. This morning you will have bus trip to visit the Temple of
Hathor at Denderah, then will continue to visit the Temple of Abydos. Lunch Box will be
provided for you today. Afternoon drive back to Luxor. Dinner at your hotel. Overnight in
Luxor.
Day 12, Luxor
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning tour to visit Karnak Temples with group meditation at
Sekhmet Chamber. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at your hotel. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 13, Luxor / Cairo - Alexandria
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning at leisure in Luxor. Afternoon checkout and transfer to Luxor
Airport for a short flight to Cairo. Upon arrival to Cairo Airport, meeting, assistance and take a
3 hours bus drive to Alexandria where you will be staying at the deluxe five star hotel, Hotel
Palestine,inside the private Montazah Gardens that housed in the past the Summer Palaces of
The Egyptian Royal Family. Dinner at your hotel. Overnight in Alexandria.
Day 14, Alexandria
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning tour to visit the Greco-Roman AmpiTheatre and drive through
the city. Lunch at a famous seafood restaurant. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the beach and the
gardens of Montazah where you can have the most wonderful group meditation at sunset.
Overnight in Alexandria.
Day 15, Alexandria – Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning checkout and drive back to Cairo and check-into the deluxe
five star Movenpick Hotel at the airport area. Evening you will enjoy the farewell dinner party
aboard a floating restaurant ship with belly dancing and folkloric show. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 16, Cairo / USA
Breakfast at your hotel. Morning checkout of your hotel and transfer to Cairo Int'l Airport for
your Egypt air flight-departing non-stop to New York (JFk).
